Global Supply
Management
Under a dynamic and constantly changing environment, Wong's
has expanded our manufacturing facilities in major cities
to stay closer with our customers. To concurrently maintain
flexibility, Wong's has implemented Global Supply Management
(GSM) to better liaise and manage different suppliers all
around the globe. In doing so, we have set up procurement
offices in major cities which facilitate the purchasing
process and localization of materials to reduce materials
lead time and achieve greater economy of scale.
Real Time Information
To ensure a speedy and accurate communication between our
sales team, factory, and customers, WEC has developed and
implemented an Information Network Management System (INMS).
The mission of INMS is to provide the access of real time
information so that decisions can be rationized and made
speedily. We offer the INMS to our customers through the
Customer Service Information (CSI) interface where customers
can attain real time process and production information,
shipment and order status.
