Welco Technology (Shenzhen) Factory (WTSJ) was established in 1986 at Shajing, Shenzhen, People's Republic of China (PRC) with about 5,000 employees. In 1996, WTSJ was ISO 9002 certified and on May 10, 2001, an "A" Class Enterprise Award was issued to the company, signifying that our outstanding performance had received due acknowledgment from the government.

Only 50 minutes from the Hong Kong border or just 30 minutes from Shenzhen city, our factory is well located so that customers can conveniently visit the premises to oversee production whenever they are in Hong Kong.

Quality Policy
WTSJ is committed to providing hi-caliber professional services to ensure our customers' satisfaction. Consistent success of all customers can only be ensured through stringent quality controls throughout the manufacturing value chain. In doing so, we have not only implemented various quality plans but also striven for continuous improvement via the implementation of Six Sigma Program. We are qualified on ISO9002, ISO9001 version 2000, QS9000, and TL9000 on some of our products. All these qualifications are a good illustration on our devotion to quality plans and control.

Our environmental policy acts as a crucial element in the foundation of Wong's management. Under this policy, we strive to:

Information Network Management System

To ensure a speedy and accurate communication between our sales team, factory, and customers, Wong's has set up an Information Network Management System (INMS). The mission of INMS is to provide the access of real time information so that decisions can be rationized and made speedily. We offer the INMS to our customers through the Customer Service Information (CSI) interface where customers can attain real time process and production information, shipment and order status.

Global Supply Management
With a goal to stay as close to our customers as possible, Welco has centralized its Global Supply Management and extend that service for global sourcing and purchasing in our Wong's factory in Suzhou, China. Through the centralization, we are able to enjoy a greater economy of scale, consolidate our supply sources and reduce the material costs as well as the lead times. These benefits will certainly be passed down to our customers to better achieve a cost efficient and effective production.
